Many new items are in high demand. If you have difficulty locating the item you need, ask a staff member to add you to the hold list for that item. We will then notify you by telephone when the item is ready for you. Sorry, we do not take holds on videos!
You also can use our WebCat to place a request for a hold. Access WebCat at delphipublib.carlnet.org. Click on the WebCat icon to enter the catalog. Then click on the User Services button at the top of the screen and choose for the menu. For some features, you must know your library card number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). You can request your PIN from a staff member at the circulation desk, but you must do so at the library in person, for security reasons.
